Toretto Bello LLC

I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that I am renting equipment from the company (Toretto Bello LLC) and agree to the following terms and conditions. I understand that I am fully responsible for the equipment during the rental period. By signing this Liability Waiver and Release Agreement, I acknowledge and agree that I am voluntarily participating in activities, services, events, or programs offered by Toretto Bello, LLC. I understand that participation may involve risks including but not limited to, physical injury, emotional stress, property damage, illness, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances. 

I acknowledge that using rental equipment involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and other hazards. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the rented equipment.

I acknowledge that I am fully responsible for my own actions, safety, and well-being during participation in any activity associated with Toretto Bello, LLC. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown, associated with participation. 

I authorize Toretto Bello, LLC to obtain emergency medical treatment on my behalf if necessary. I understand that I am solely responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of treatment or participation.

I grant permission for Toretto Bello, LLC to use photographs, video recordings, or media content taken during participation for promotional, advertising, social media, or marketing purposes without compensation unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

In consideration of being permitted to rent and use the equipment, I hereby release, waive, and discharge the company, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me.

In consideration for being permitted to participate in activities or use the property by Toretto Bello, LLC, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Toretto Bello, LLC, including its owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, affiliates, representatives, and agents, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in any activity or event. 

This release includes, without limitation, claims resulting from personal injury, death, property damage, negligence, or any other cause of action arising from participation in activities associated with Toretto Bello, LLC. 

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Toretto Bello, LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from my participation, conduct, or actions during any activity, event, or rental period. 

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State in which Toretto Bello, LLC operates.

I certify that I have carefully read this agreement, fully understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to its terms. I understand that by signing this document, I am giving up certain legal rights.
